Shipping Time

After processing your order, we ship it out as soon as possible. Shipping times can vary depending on your location. For customers in the USA, shipping times are typically 4-5 business days. For customers outside of the USA, shipping times can take up to 15-20 business days.

Shipping Fees

We charge a flat shipping fee for each order. For customers in the USA, the shipping fee is $6.99. For customers outside of the USA, the shipping fee is $11.95.

Return Policy

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Senmox. However, if you are not, we offer a 35-day return policy. If 35 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] to receive a return authorization number.

Once you have received a return authorization number, please package your item securely and ship it back to us at the address provided. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition as when it was sent to you. If the item is approved for a refund, we will initiate the refund process within 5-12 business days.
